Resolve "Change mimeType of backup files"

In this MR there are also some changes in the package.json as the issue had to be tested on localhost via mobile device.

Thus I removed development suffices of pat and repose, as they don't exist anymore, hence this command was not usable anymore. Those are needed for running localhost on local wifi with mobile devices.
