Change mimeType of backup files

Result from #1154 (closed), we should change the mimeType to have a .json file being downloaded. Until now it was a fallback solution, sometimes resulting in the browser guessing it to be a .txt file, in other cases like Firefox it wouldn't add a file ending at all.

Best would be json.
