Resolve 1088-new-template-ids-labels-data-stores-unclear-sp-x-QA-Rebase

This new branch consists of !931 (merged) + !953 (closed) + Main rebased.

Main's relevant changes had to do with the questionnaire-editor-components.ts the symptom check saving button, which were missing until in !931 (merged).

Future to do: The saveSymptomCheck() method requires a refactoring as it spreads out to roughly 50 lines.
