619 - Update RccItemTag Standalone

As you can see the styling is not yet perfect - there are follow up tickets as the changes are out of scope of this ticket:
Add Icons: #641 (closed)
Adapt LAbelComponent styling #642 (closed)

Colors: It is possible to provide a colorCategory via the attribute.
If no colorCategory is provided and the mode is 'simple' the first action's category will be used.
Otherwise no colorCategory is applied.
