Resolve "B_017_R5 Last Question Typos"

I went through the CuratedExtendedQuestionStoreService file history and I'm 97% sure IDs for daily 0019 and 0043 never existed. However, to be extra safe, I appended -0 to the ID, which is also in line with the starter questions.
