Resolve "A_009_R8 Remove ABG Medical"

The removal of the AGBs turned out to be more complicated from the point of view of the E2E. The med version doesn't need these links/pages because of the direct agreement/contract that patients/hcps have with recovery cat and TK and the hospitals, however the base version does need them. I have then moved the AGB tests to a new folder called "regular", which is the place where E2E tests should be stored that are not meant for medical. I have additionally updated our pipeline generation scripts and added the boolean flags to control the running of the corresponding tests.
