A_009_R8 Remove ABG Medical

We need to remove the AGB page from the medical links. The AGB is between TK and Recovery Cat while the current AGB is between RC and the B2B clients

• Please remove entirely AGB from pat.med and hcp.med
• Please ensure the AGB is still on all other production links (Base links)
• Adjust E2E tests
