Resolve 1188 & 1189 & 1190-pwa-set-new-icon

Problem

On localhost the iOS icons are not working. but somehow they end up showing up on hcp/pat.dev.recoverycat.de Hence we'll just merge this for now onto main and see, if the icons are showing up or not and open another issue just in case.

How to test

1. terminal: yarn run start:hcp-insec yarn run start:hcp-med-insec yarn run start:pat-insec yarn run start:pat-med-insec. This allows for opening the localhost on your mobile device (has to be connected to the same WIFI)
2. on the phone in a browser: https://192.168.0.XXX:4201, https://192.168.0.XXX:42011, https://192.168.0.XXX:4202, https://192.168.0.XXX:42022
3. Add PWA to homescreen
