PWA | Set New Icon

Background

The PWA and Website tab are still using old brand colors and icons which we want to update to bring the product brand up to date. The two focus' are the two methods the product can be used: as a website and as an installed PWA. This issue utilizes the new icons that were made for the PWA

What to do

• Use icons made in #1187 (closed)
• PWA installation icon: PAT and HCP PWA use new icons
• Test size and color and shape of PWA
  • Test on multiple OS: Mac, Android, windows, linux
  • Test from multiple Browsers: Chrome, mozilla, safari, internet explorer
• Add any unit tests needed
