Phase II | Step 2: added finding. Toast time

Background

We are starting to introduce new toasts into the app. In looking at the old study version and the redesigned client/medical version, toasts are now disappearing too quickly for the user to observe the text. We would like all toasts to remain "longer" see below.

What to Do

• Find where the time of toasts is universally configured [@paul recently worked with it]
• Set all toast times to 2 seconds
