Guidance for creating issues

1. Anyone can create an issue directly in the backlog at any time.
2. The issue should be described in detail, including the problem, expected behavior, and any relevant information.
3. Team must have decided if we really want to work on it and it is relevant.

Guidance for choosing issues

1. Please pickup higher priority topics but still doable in the time you have
2. Please do not pickup tasks without priority - they may not be ready
3. Please remember to move the issue into the current sprint!!

Criteria for being in the Backlog milestone is the issue

1. Can be worked on now and is addressable within the remaining time of the sprint
2. Has already been decided that we want to do it
3. Can be just "picked up" (i.e. not part of a bigger package with dependancies)
4. If an issue from Zammad or internal needs more information to be worked on - no priority and assign Elisabeth
