In general ready for technical review.

The questionnaireEditorService was changed to load more symptomCheckStore as we introduced singular symptomCheckStoreServices for more flexible import into the base or the med version.

TODO

Still need to discuss with @elisabeth concerning phrasing of some question (beverage 2 question).
