Resolve "PDF Export look and feel: Notes on separate page"

To test, add ExampleIncomingSessionModule to base-features.module.ts in app/hcp. After code re-review i'll delete it.

Concerning unit tests: After a lengthy session with @rhotep it became apparent that the amount of work that has to be put into the unit testing of this service is disproportionate to its outcome. There are too many dependencies, that have to be considered. A discussion about this for future testing will follow.
