Package upgrades

This MR upgrades our packages. Most notably: cypress; they fixed the bug (just yesterday), that caused service worker precaching to be really slow, thus delaying the page laod event for 5 minutes or so, such that every test that waited for a page load took forever). Test sould now be done in a couple of minutes.
