Resolve "Repose | Rethink sporadic SC start date"

Closes #881

I drew a user flow diagram. Green checks means the user has to manually confirm here. The red Xs on the right side indicate how the onboarding process fails. It can then be restarted by clicking the main menu entry again. The order of the commits follows the user flow, hope that makes reviewing less of a pain 😄

Changes to the general codebase:

  • RccAlertService.confirm() now takes an optional header parameter that is passed on to .present()
  • IcsReminderConfig now has an optional endDateString property that terminates a recurring calendar event.
