Resolve 880-resource-question-order-and-option-changes
Closes #880
fixed resources and maaany whitespaces from space to tabs + vertical realignment for 5000 lines
For code review toggle don't show whitespace changes as I changed 4200 lines of incorrect usage of spaces/tabs
search for 168. from there on the answer changes are done as well as the changes of the IDs to question-id-1.
