This still needs an update from Toni concerning incidents, which will require another dropdown menu. Besides that it is already usable.

Update:

What could still be done is add response emails in the right language depending on user's app language.

It appears that at the moment the debug info is sent no matter if the checkbox was or wasn't checked.
