Closes #518

To ensure a toast is shown in the Hompage when restoring a backup I introduced BackupRestoreHelper to reuse functions as well as to prevent ciruclar imports.
I changed the string above the QR code - we do not need the user to navigate to "backup & restore" but to scan the QR Code.
Securitywise I added an alert which is shown before the backup is restored. If in the future we need to show more warnings this is the place.
