Resolve "Data visualization: Add page and home page entry"

Closes #405

I did not take time to think about the naming. If this does not get approved before I get the time to think might propose a name change. Maybe even after the merge ^^

The page does not look god atm, but like the ticket says: "This is only about setting up the structure, no layouts, little content."
