Resolve "Repose | Send test data during onboarding"

I made a slight revision to ReposeHttpService. The service is currently in a bit of an awkward state and probably should be rewritten, but I suggest leaving this to a general rewrite of the Repose module once the functionality is done and the export mechanism is reworked.
