Resolve "Remove Nav bar entries on HCP app"

Accidentally switched HCP and PAT #326 (closed)

in this MR PAT entries were removed:

Some of the existing nav bar entries in the PAT app are not needed for the current version and can be removed: the page can remain and may be reintroduced later but for now it can be removed from the nav bar entry. These ones can be taken out:

  1. Tagebucheinträge
  2. Reports
  3. Entwicklermenü
