Accidentally switched HCP and PAT #325 (closed)

in this MR HCP entries were removed:

Some of the nav bar entries are not needed with the redesigns: we can remove them from the nav bar and maybe we will reintroduce them at a later date. These are not needed:

  1. Offene Sitzungen
  2. Tagebucheinträge
  3. Reports
  4. Entwicklermenü
