Resolve "Add Resource Questions to RC Question Database #861m523cx"

Added the question to the curatedExtendedQuestionService with the resources tag. Please also see the comments I left in the google sheet (first tab). Some sentences I had to change because they were very awkwardly translated. Some today's were missing as well. Also changed the answer options as they were also kind of weird. The resource questions in the app are also a good thing to check in the testing meeting on Friday 29th of March. @kresset
