[RFC] Create option for new modal style

Suggested solution

Similar to the full screen modal, I added a second option for the modal style (naming it "mini", though if you have a better name please suggest it)

I find this solution a little hacky, and I'd worry that if we add too many different modal styles this will get pretty messy, but as a short-term fix it's probably okay I think
