added Rcc IBM Plex Mono & Sans to each src/hcp and src/pat with Semibold and Bold variations as well. As there were issues with the thickness of the typefaces with the new woff/woff2 data types + changing font-weight, now 'Rcc IBM Plex Mono/Sans Bold' should be used instead of setting the font-weight to 700 with the regular variation respectively.
