Add new design for transmission loading screen

Desktop design

Given that:

  • the desktop designs for transferring data aren't there yet (will they? I guess we don't care too much about transferring QR codes on desktop?)
  • the current mobile design makes the modal full screen anyway

I didn't bother making the transfer screen fullscreen on desktop, as we don't necessarily know if that'll be the case. If this is desired anyway write in the comments, and I can change it
