Resolve "Align QR send modals with original design"

Update 17.10.2024

Fixing the media breakpoints will be harder as it is strictly tied to ionic. I think it is fair to merge it in the current state and at a later point do a proper revision of what the modals should look like and also thinking about purging ionic to have more developmental freedom / less restrictions.
