Resolve "A_016 PWA | Add richer PWA UI"

All assets added, texts as well. for HCP, HCP-MED, PAT, PAT-MED

How to test

I'm guessing it has to be pushed to dev for a proper link. The richer PWA UI does not appear on localhost. I made the changes according to the dev tools of chrome, which has a specific tab for the manifest. all relevant info + images are listed there, with no more warnings.
