Resolve 1194-edit-consumption-template

sheesh, this is done, but maybe, @james-jenkinson , you need to explain to me, why line 149:

	protected questionTypeControl: FormControl<number> = new FormControl(2)

is set to 2? I had to set it to 4 to make this work. not sure if I screwed up some other mechanism you had in mind here. maybe there is a proper way to do this. :D
