Fix: Helm Charts - Service name should be the same.

In order to be able to have one single dashboard for all stages, and that it can be controlled by a dropdown box, we need to have a unique name of the service. Currently on dev is dev-rcc-web-socket-service, qa is qa-rcc-websocket-service and prod is rcc-websocket-service. All of the should be like rcc-websocket-service so that the filters by service can be better done.
