PAT selecting data sets to send to HCP

Current: The PAT modal to select which therapieverlauf to send to the HCP has had the selection boxes removed so that only 1 can be chosen. After doing the repose test for Noel, I believe that the merge for the list of questions that Repose presents to the user is a common component and caused this change.
