Repose | Fix query run with no symptom checks

Clicking "Fragen beantworten" when no symptom checks are active spawns an empty query run with only the all done slide. This is the same behavior as in the PAT version, however here it's a problem because the REPOSE all done slide includes the "Send data" button. Also, it looks ugly.

Instead, clicking "Fragen beantworten" when no SCs are active should redirect to the home screen. Maybe an info popup?
