Replace User Manuals
Background
The current user manuals in the medical Help page are too large and may contribute to the build taking a long time.
What to Do
The 4 user manuals have been compressed to make them each < 2 mb. We want to replace the user manuals in the Medical applications so that they use the lightweight files instead of the current heavy ones.
