Privacy Policy update

Currently: The privacy-policy/Datenschutzerklärung has a url within the text for the client's links.

As each client has a different url we want to remove the url from all of the texts and replace it with a general phrase. Please remove the url from all pages (pat/hcp base and pat/hcp medical) and replace it with "abrufbar über die im Vertrag angegebene URL".

This was discussed with laywers and is legally allowed.
