Data View: 4 - choice questions

For custom questions, the 4-choice question views are not showing the correct days.

When the choice is selected, on data view weekly show the chosen answer next to the correct answer. When the user changes to monthly view all answers are shown as the last option, as well in yearly. If we return to weekly view the answer that was previously shown in the correct space is now no longer correct.

At no point in the PAT answer questions, is the answer not shown correctly selected.
