Repose | Update symptom check lists

It turned out that the current REPOSE symptom checks are not correct and need to be fixed:

• The full assessment is not the same after 0 and 6 months. The FA after 6 months should NOT include the 5 items from the CTS questionnaire. -> Create an additional symptom check for block 3 without CTS and activate it only for the 6 months assessment. The original block 3 is only active for the 0 months assessment.
• The short assessment should include ALL questions from the following questionnaires (currently includes just 1 of each): IRI, POMS, RMEQ, AES. -> Update the tags for these questions to include 'short-assessment'
• Short assessment should include the info slides for the above questionnaires
• Check the scheduling for all SCs, including periodic. They are sometimes changed for testing purposes and then committed by accident.
