Text input submission

Current: Some input fields you can submit with the enter button and some you cannot.

Desired: When a text field is in focus pressing enter on the keyboard submits the text. When no text field is in focus pressing enter on the keyboard submits the question to the follow-up

• Question titles: creation or editing on keyboard enter edit button showing and background no longer orange back (i.e. not focused)

• Template name: creation or editing on keyboard enter edit button showing and background no longer orange back (i.e. not focused)

• Medication question dosage field: creation or editing on keyboard enter edit button showing and background no longer orange back (i.e. not focused)

• Digit question unit field: creation or editing on keyboard enter edit button showing and background no longer orange back (i.e. not focused)
