Therapieverlauf: selection modal

Currently: When a PAT is transfering data to their HCP with either transmission streams: there is the therapieverlauf modal to select which dataset to send to the HCP.

Desired: Since the main use of the app the pat has just one therapieverlauf - the default on this page should be all selected and able to just press the submit button. Then IF the pat doesn't want to send everything they can unselect the ones they don't want to send.
