Navigation Bar Re-Organize

Background

We added a lot of things along the way and removed things. We want to finalize (for now) the order of options in the nav bar and all icons for them.

What to do

• Hilfe page now predominent entry
  • Add icon
  • Change German text
  • Change English text
• Rearange the entries
  • Glossary moves up
  • Resource & Crisis Pass moves up
• Menu is scrollable
  • make sure the nav bar is scrollable if it doesn't fit on the screen size
