Notes Preview

Background

Every answer widget has a static state and active (usable) state. The PAT needs the active state but the HCP needs the static state

What to do

The notes question is added in the preview page/state of the set-up Therapy Follow-up (self-monitoring) and currently has the active state.

Make sure that the notes answer widget on the HCP is static and untypeable.
