Move MedicalFeatureModule and MedicalProductModule in @rcc/common/medical

That's it :) Didn't want to add this into another MR.

Even though the original idea behind the folders in ./lib is kind of blurred, we don't have an updated structure so I would stick with the old one for now: @rcc/core was meant for everything at the core of the app, that does not tie in angular. So I'd rather put the two modules into @rcc/common
