Comparison HCP Data View

Current: When the HCP is viewing a patient session and wants to view the PAT data, there is an overlay with the graphs. the overlay is small on large screen and the comparison button doesn't work

Desired: The overlay is now a page and is fullscreen on large and small screens.

With the HCP data view on a new page, the comparison button should then work as it does on the PAT interface.

The close X needs to navigate back to the previous page (i.e. pat session) from which is was accessed.
