Padding on Resource/Crisis Page

Currrently: The medium action buttons on the ressourcen/krisenpass do not have padding around then and the top/bottom of the body of the page. This means the buttons are directly at the bottom and top of the page.

Desired: There needs to be at least the padding between the items above and below the buttons and the top/bottom of the background body space.
