ICS reminder is always set to daily

The ICS calendar file reminder ignores the scheduled days for the symptom check and is set to daily. Changing the time works. Though when I set up a symptom check without a reminder, I'm still offered to download the ICS file on the PAT side and it's set to daily at 12pm.

Note that I opened the file with Microsoft Outlook, the default calendar app on Windows. Maybe it's Outlook's fault, but I don't have another (Apple?) device to test on :)
