Monitoring setup doesn't display days for non-daily schedule

The default schedule is daily. When deselecting one or more days (in the below case I deselected Thursday), the days on which the schedule is active should be displayed. Instead, it seems to display the translation strings (?):

This happens in the Individual schedule, base schedule, PAT edit answer calendar, PAT data view calendar (HCP one probably as well)
