Ziffern HCP preview card layout

Current: After the HCP creates a Ziffern Frage and adds it to the self-monitoring questionnaire, there is a "0" in place of the view field for the hcp to see how the pat will answer the question.

Desired: The inactive field that is used on the PAT answering card is visible instead of a 0 digit
