HCP/PAT.DEV: No toast/alert when deleting all data

Theres no confirmation that the deletion of all data has worked or not, since this also needs a restart to be shown.

Expected behavior

toast/alert shown.

Optionally: Mention in the toast/alert that a restart is needed or instantly have the data deleted.
