Disclaimer on Pat transmission to HCP

Background

When transfering data to the HCP there is a required disclaimer from the lawyers needed on the modal where the PAT finally sends there data. It should be on both of the transmission streams - when the HCP uses a camera or shows a qr-code to receive data.

What to do

Add this text under the action button on the card: "Ja, ich möchte meinen Therapieverlauf, einschließlich der hierin von mir angegebenen Gesundheitsdaten, an meine Behandler:in übermitteln und willige hiermit in die hierfür erforderliche Datenverarbeitung ein."

You can remove the text that is there now.
