Editable text interaction

Current: In the self-monitoring self up editing/creating the template title, the question text and the answer options are all editable through clicking the pen.

Desired: editing/creating the template title, the question text and the answer options are all editable through clicking the pen and by clicking the text. So when the textx is pressed/clicked the editor opens up
