Dropdown bug

Current: On selection of a medication (in a medication question) or a filter in the RC Fragen Catalogue, if the user wants to change the med/filter the dropdown only shows the selected item from the dropdown.

Desired: Users can change their mind and use different filters so on selection the other items should be still in the dropdown as options.
